This is a Sigikid braided pigtail girl doll.
Sigikid no longer produces large, elaborate dolls like this, so it's rare.
The hand-painted eyes by skilled artisans are delicate the more you look at them, and the default clothes and shoes are also carefully finished and cute.
It was displayed with the tag attached, so it's in good condition with no major damage for its age.
However, there is some color transfer on the fingertips of the right hand and discoloration on the white lace underwear, so it's classified as such.
